Purchases

To purchase tickets, you must register as a user and provide your name, address, email, telephone number, and date of birth. You pay online by credit card. The information is used to complete the purchase. If any issues arise with a purchase, the details will be used to contact you.

The ticket with a barcode is your key to a specific performance. The barcode can only be used once. The ticket cannot be copied or used multiple times. If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please note that a price category may be subject to special conditions requiring ID or student ID at the entrance, which will be clearly stated on the ticket and on the website.

It is not permitted to use or transfer purchased tickets for commercial purposes, including:

Use of tickets as prizes in competitions or similar activities, unless prior permission has been obtained from the organiser.
Transfer of tickets as part of package sales such as travel, restaurant visits, hotel stays, and similar arrangements, unless prior permission has been obtained from the organiser.
Professional resale or any other commercial transfer of tickets, regardless of price.

Use or transfer of a ticket for commercial purposes will result in cancellation of the ticket. RAVINEN has the right to compensation for all costs associated with the cancellation and resulting from the unauthorized ticket handling.

Purchases via ravinenkultur.se

To complete a ticket purchase, follow these steps:

Search and find ticket(s).
Check that you have selected any desired additional products.
Verify that all information is correct.
Accept the purchase and delivery terms.
Choose payment method and enter your details.
Confirm the purchase.

Your order confirmation will now appear on the screen, and you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.

As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the booking is correct (correct postal and email address, event date, number of tickets, time, etc.) and that the ticket is received in good time before the event starts.

Delivery

If you purchase your ticket via ravinenkultur.se, we offer PDF or mobile tickets. You download your ticket via the link in the confirmation email. If you have not received the email within 24 hours after purchase, please contact info@ravinenkultur.se

Rebooking / Refunds

STANDARD REBOOKING PROTECTION

Purchased tickets are only refundable or exchangeable if rebooking protection has been offered and purchased at the same time as the ticket.

 

Cancelled events

If an event cannot be carried out, it will be cancelled. We will contact you by email or phone. You will then be eligible for a refund. Refunds must be requested within 3 weeks from the date of the cancelled event. Administrative fees are not refundable.

Changes in repertoire, venue, or partially completed events are not considered cancellations, and refunds are normally not issued in such cases.

 

Force Majeure

The organiser’s obligations under these terms, including responsibility for carrying out the event and the ticket holder’s right to a refund, cease if the event is affected by force majeure before or during the event. Force majeure refers to circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control, such as war, riot, terrorism, fire, flood, strike, weather conditions, national security orders, or instructions from authorities. This list is not exhaustive.

 

Personal data

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies as law in all EU member states from 25 May 2018. The regulation strengthens individuals’ rights regarding privacy in the processing of personal data. RAVINEN collects personal data only with your consent or when there is a legal basis. It is important that you understand and feel confident about how your personal data is handled.
