KONSTGRAFIK – Ur Atelje Larsens samling

The exhibition presents an extensive selection of art graphics created by artists, mainly from the Nordics, in recent years. A wealth of expression and techniques, with the highest artistic and artisanal quality. Masterful graphics produced in creative processes at Atelje Larsen in Helsingborg.

Atelje Larsen is a workshop for printing copper graphics that was started by the artist Thormod Larsen in the early 1950s. Gradually, the workshop was hired by a number of other important graphic artists and came to play an important role in the development of color graphics in the country. After Thormod Larsen’s death, son Ole Larsen has allowed the business to grow, which among other things has meant the development of many new graphic techniques.

Today, the studio is one of the world’s leading workshops for graphic art. Particularly distinctive for the business is the close collaboration between the artist and the professionals at Atelje Larsen.
