The Restaurant Week at Bjäre

RAVINEN Café & Bistro is part of the Restaurant Week at Bjäre and serves during the period 1–2 and 5–7 June between 11.30 and 15.30 the following 2-course menu:

Bruschetta

pickled tomato / semi-dried tomato / tomato in tomato dressing / air-dried ham / pickled scallion flower

Sea sole

lobster sauce / new potatoes / nduja oil / mâche salad / shaved asparagus / dill

 

Wed–Fri: SEK 265

Sat–Sun: SEK 295

 

With tomatoes from Tåstarp, air-dried ham & nduja from Lindegrens, scallion flowers we picked ourselves in Norrviken, sole from Laholmsbukten, berry potatoes, lettuce from Grevie and asparagus from Segelstorp, we are proud to present this menu with the help of our local producers.
