Bästa Festivalen
We are happy to be part of Bästa Biennalen, which with almost 100 art locations in southern Sweden is the country’s largest network for children and young people’s encounters with art and creativity!
During Bästa Festivalen, which is organized every second autumn, we dive into the world of art together and experience and create art with artists and educators.
This year’s festival runs between 25 October and 2 November and this is the program at RAVINEN:
- Wednesday 29 October: Workshop with Carouschka Streijffert! Read more about the workshop here.
- Thursday 30 October – Sunday 2 November: Outside our creative workshop, a short film-program is shown with films by Katarina Löfström, Lars Hedelin, Jockum Nordström, Hans Nordenström and Lina Selander.
- Discover Carouschka Streijffert’s exhibition The Victory of Urge over Resistance, which shows hundreds of sculptural objects, collages and paintings. In our reception you can find a booklet that you can take with you to the exhibition.
- Create your own artworks in our creative workshop! Right now, we have filled the workshop with sticks, strings and beads. Discover Carouschka Streijffert’s sculptural objects in the exhibition The Victory of Urge over Resistance and then create your own artworks
Our opening hours are Wednesday–Sunday 11.00–17.00. Free entry for everyone under 19. RAVINENs entrance fee for everyone else.
